Rachael Neumann
Co-Founder
Previously Founder of Working Theory Angels, Rachael moved into a full time investment role after gaining her operating chops as Managing Director of Eventbrite in ANZ and helping to scale the company across the globe. She has worked with thousands of early stage startups as Head of Startups for Amazon Web Services ANZ, a Partner at Startmate, and in her two Federal Government appointments distributing funding for the Accelerating Commercialisation & Boosting Female Founders Initiative programs. She has been sharing her passion for early stage investing through her lead Instructor role in The Wade Institute's VC Catalyst program.
Educated in the States with an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and two Masters degrees from Columbia University, Rachael has bounced between Australia and the US for the last ten years and now proudly calls Melbourne home, alongside her partner and two kids.

Kylie Frazer
Co-Founder
Previously Founder of Eleanor Venture, Kylie brings over 20 years of experience in technology capital raising and M&A across Australia, Asia, and the United States. Throughout her legal career, Kylie has advised ASX200 and international companies on landmark deals across sectors including technology, agriculture, and consumer products.
Kylie has over a decade of boardroom experience, bringing expertise in critical incident response, risk management, and developing innovation capabilities.
Kylie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Arts (International Studies). She has postgraduate qualifications in Change Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management and has studied leadership at Harvard Business School. Kylie lives in Sydney with her family and has healthy obsessions with the outdoors, small dogs, and dumplings.
Jera Guntang
Operations Manager
Jera makes sure that all of the trains are running on time at Flying Fox Ventures. She works extensively with both founders and investors, ensuring everyone has what they need, when they need it. Jera's acute attention to detail and insane organisational skills means that no job is too big or too small. She's passionate about helping build a community of angels and founders, and supporting our mission to be the most highly sought after early stage investment team.
Jera started her career in the customer experience space. She began in an entry-level position and quickly worked her way up to leadership roles managing large teams to success.
When not onboarding investors and wrangling founders, Jera is loving on her many cats and helps rescue and rehome strays into loving forever families.
